A first look at “Podsumowanie AI (beta)” in Allegro Ads: what it shows, what it does not automate, and how to verify its conclusions.

Information current as of 30 July 2026 · approximately 10 minutes to read

Important: this is a first look at the feature visible in the supplied screenshots from a logged-in Allegro Ads dashboard. As of 30 July 2026, Allegro had not published a separate guide or access criteria for Podsumowanie AI (beta). This is the Polish interface label for AI Summary (beta). A limited test is plausible, but it has not been publicly confirmed. Tweetnij

A Podsumowanie AI (beta) card has appeared in the Allegro Ads dashboard. The card automatically creates a short written overview of Sponsored Offers statistics, highlights changes in performance and identifies ad groups that need attention. Does this sound like the beginning of campaigns run by artificial intelligence?

Not yet. In the shared view, AI reads the data and composes a summary, but there is no evidence that it changes the budget, bids or campaign status on its own. It is a quick starting point for analysis—not an autopilot and not permission to implement recommendations without checking them.

# The essentials in 60 seconds

  • The card is labelled “Podsumowanie AI (beta)” and—according to the message in the dashboard—is generated automatically from Ads campaign statistics for the selected period.
  • In the supplied screenshot, the summary covers Sponsored Offers only and makes a week-on-week comparison.
  • Among other metrics, AI compares sales value, gross cost, ROAS and clicks, and also highlights an offer with an unusual result.
  • The “2 ad groups require attention” message is a prompt to open the details. It does not automatically mean that the groups are unprofitable.
  • The screenshot does not show the AI Summary card itself changing the budget, bids or ad delivery. Separate Allegro mechanisms can partially automate these areas.
  • Allegro warns that figures, percentages, calculations and AI conclusions may be inaccurate. The information must be checked against the source data in the dashboard.
  • There is no public confirmation that the feature is available on every account, nor any information about its access criteria.
  • Dynamic CPC and Ads Express also use AI, but for a different task: automated bid management rather than generating a written summary.

# What has appeared in the Allegro Ads dashboard

In the supplied view, the summary covers the period from 23 to 29 July 2026 and concerns Sponsored Offers. AI begins with a brief diagnosis: two ad groups need attention, while one specific offer increased sales from ads served in search results despite declines in the aggregated metrics shown in the card.

The dashboard then compares results week on week:

  • sales value: PLN 41,119.79, down by approximately 9%,
  • gross cost: PLN 7,758.42, down by approximately 5%,
  • ROAS: down by approximately 4%, described as still fairly stable,
  • clicks: 11,395, down by approximately 5%.

Below the summary are a “Check” link, a thumbs-up or thumbs-down rating and an option to collapse the card. This layout suggests a quick-review feature that also collects feedback on the quality of its responses. It is not known, however, exactly how Allegro uses this feedback or how each conclusion is generated.

Actual screenshot from the Allegro Ads dashboard dated 30 July 2026. The values relate to one account and one period—they are not a benchmark for other advertisers.

# What can already be checked from the figures alone

A fall in sales of approximately 9% alongside a fall in cost of approximately 5% logically leads to weaker ROAS. Allowing for rounding, the relationship between the two changes produces a result close to the reported 4% decline in ROAS. This is a simple consistency check for the summary.

It does not, however, explain the cause. The figures alone do not reveal whether sales fell because of lower demand, a price change, product availability, competition, budget, bids, ad placements or ordinary week-to-week volatility. AI correctly spotted a relationship in the data, but it did not prove why it occurred.

Similarly, highlighting one offer whose sales increased is a useful lead for analysis, not an automatic argument for increasing its budget. First check its cost, ROAS, share of the entire group’s result, stock level and profitability.

# How to interpret the “ad groups require attention” alert

If the alert aggregates Allegro’s official status emituje się, wymaga uwagi (roughly, “serving, requires attention”), this status means that at least one ad group in the campaign is not serving ads. It may therefore point to an operational issue rather than unprofitability. For Sponsored Offers, Allegro lists possible reasons such as no active groups or offers, an exhausted campaign or group budget, an outdated delivery period or a paused campaign.

The number “2” in the summary therefore establishes neither that these official statuses are the source of the alert nor that there is a financial-performance problem. Aggregation of existing operational statuses is a reasonable hypothesis, but the screenshot does not confirm how the alert is implemented.

The safe response is simple:

  1. click “Check”,
  2. open both groups,
  3. read the specific status and, where applicable, the reason why ads are not being served,
  4. only then decide whether a change is needed.

# Will AI take over the management of Allegro Ads campaigns?

Not on the basis of this feature. It is worth separating three different layers of AI in Allegro advertising.

# 1. AI Summary: describes the result

The visible beta generates text from statistics for the selected period. It presents observations, percentage changes and items to check. There is no button on the screen for applying a proposed change, nor any information that the card modifies campaign settings.

# 2. Dynamic CPC: changes the bid in the auction

In the separate Dynamic CPC feature, AI and algorithms analyse the likelihood of a sale and raise or lower the cost-per-click bid. The advertiser still sets the target average CPC and budget, while Allegro describes a learning period of around seven days.

# 3. Ads Express: automates a larger part of campaign management

Ads Express with AI-based optimisation automatically optimises bids for sales, while the user sets the budget and can choose offers. This is genuine automation of ad delivery, but it is still a different mechanism from the written analysis visible in the screenshot.

In short: AI Summary says what may have happened in the data. Dynamic CPC and Ads Express can affect how bids are placed. None of these features should be equated with fully autonomous management of the advertiser’s business.

# Why the feature may be visible on only some accounts

The “beta” label and the information that the feature may be changed or disabled point to a testing stage. In addition, section 6.3 of the Allegro Ads Terms and Conditions allows Allegro to test new services, processes and functionalities without prior notice.

This makes limited or phased availability a credible explanation for differences between accounts. It remains an inference, however, not an officially published criterion. As of 30 July, we found no public list of accounts, markets or conditions, and no timetable for the full rollout of AI Summary.

If you do not see the card, that does not mean there is an error with your account. You can still analyse the same metrics in the Statistics tab and export the data to a file. The beta may also change its location, scope and presentation without notice.

# What Allegro says about the limitations of AI Summary

When the information below the card is expanded, the dashboard explains that the summary is generated automatically from Ads campaign statistics. At the same time, Allegro states that:

  • the feature is being tested and may be changed or disabled,
  • AI can be imperfect,
  • content, figures, percentages, calculations and conclusions may be inaccurate,
  • information should be verified against source data, especially the data in the advertising dashboard,
  • the summary is illustrative and does not constitute binding advice,
  • Allegro does not guarantee an increase in sales or any other business outcome,
  • use of AI Summary is voluntary.
Expanded Polish beta notice for “Podsumowanie AI”, warning about possible errors, the need to verify information and the absence of guaranteed business results

The actual notice describing the limitations of the beta feature. It is worth publishing the screenshot alongside the analysis because it clearly shows the boundary of responsibility between the tool and the advertiser.

This is not minor legal copy that can be skipped. It is an instruction for use: first an AI hypothesis, then human verification.

# What AI Summary does not tell you about your business

The screenshot confirms the use of campaign statistics. It does not confirm that the model knows:

  • the margin and purchase cost of the product,
  • the costs of delivery, returns, commission and service,
  • the current stock level and planned deliveries,
  • changes to the price, thumbnail, title or Smart! terms,
  • competitors’ promotions and category seasonality,
  • the goal of a specific campaign: sales, defending a position, launching a new product or clearing stock,
  • arrangements between the client and the agency and the limits for approving changes.

Do not assume that AI has access to this information until Allegro describes the scope of the input data. ROAS does not solve the problem either: according to Allegro’s definition, it shows the sales value attributed to advertising for every złoty of advertising cost. ROAS is neither margin nor net profit.

If you would like to learn about another implementation of artificial intelligence in the marketplace ecosystem, see our guide to labelling AI-generated images on Allegro. This is a separate process and is not technically connected with the advertising-results summary.

# How to verify an AI conclusion in 10 minutes

# 1. Check the scope of the analysis

Confirm the dates, market, ad type, view level and active filters. In the screenshot, the data covers Sponsored Offers only. Such a conclusion must not be extended to Display Advertising or the account’s total sales.

Also check the basis on which amounts are shown. On the analysed screen, the cost is gross. Allegro announced a net/gross switch from 18 August 2026 for some data, including cost and ROAS, so later comparisons must use the same setting.

# 2. Find evidence for every sentence

If AI reports a fall in sales, check the Sales value column and the comparison period. If it identifies an offer, go to that offer’s row. If it flags ad groups, open their statuses. Every sentence should have one visible source in the dashboard.

# 3. Account for update and attribution rules

Allegro’s official help states that clicks, impressions, CTR, average CPC and cost appear almost in real time. Sales metrics—ROAS, units sold and sales value—are refreshed once a day and show values for the previous day. A purchase may be attributed to Sponsored Offers when, within seven days of clicking an ad, the buyer purchases the clicked offer or another offer from the same seller.

The Ads dashboard shows the current cost before final click verification. The Charges summary shows data with a three-day delay because clicks are verified first. The most recent part of a period may therefore be less mature than earlier days.

# 4. Drill down from the account to the group and offer

The aggregate shows the direction, but decisions are usually made at a lower level. Allegro’s official materials recommend analysing campaigns, ad groups and individual offers and comparing similar products. Check whether the aggregated result is driven by one large group or a few bestsellers.

# 5. Add business context

Combine Ads results with margin, inventory, price, seasonality and changes to the offer. An increase in sales value does not always mean higher profit, and fewer clicks do not always call for a higher bid.

# 6. Make one reversible change

Write down the hypothesis, change one element and set a date for reassessment. For example: “we will increase this group’s budget by 10% for seven full days if inventory is not a constraint; we will stop the test if cost rises faster than sales value and ROAS falls below the agreed threshold”. Specific thresholds should follow from the account’s economics, not from a general AI suggestion.

# 7. Leave a decision trail

In agency work, use a brief note: AI observation → source data → context → decision → owner → review date. This allows the summary to save time without replacing responsibility or client approval.

# The most common mistakes when using AI in Allegro Ads

  • claiming that AI “runs campaigns” when the screen shows only a summary,
  • treating the “requires attention” status as proof that an ad group is unprofitable,
  • treating ROAS as profit or margin,
  • comparing gross cost with a net value, or comparing different settings after 18 August,
  • analysing an incomplete day without allowing for the delay in sales data,
  • attributing the entire change to advertising even though price, inventory or demand changed at the same time,
  • increasing the budget solely because one offer was highlighted in the text,
  • changing multiple settings at once, making it impossible to assess what worked,
  • passing AI-generated text to the client as a finished expert analysis,
  • assuming that the absence of the card means an inferior account type or a dashboard error.

# Is AI Summary useful?

Yes—if you treat it as triage, meaning a quick indication of the areas to check. The card can reduce the time needed to notice a decline, an unusual offer or an ad-delivery problem. With a large number of groups, this information layer has real value.

No—if you expect a complete diagnosis, an explanation of causes and a ready-made budget decision. The text sounds more confident than the incomplete data from which it was generated. A good sequence is therefore:

  1. read the summary,
  2. find the evidence in the statistics,
  3. add business context,
  4. run a small, reversible test,
  5. assess the result after a full period.

AI has therefore not taken over Allegro Ads. It has taken over the first few minutes of reviewing charts—and that may be where it is most useful.
